The K2R Audit is a two-week engagement where we map everything your company knows such as, product insights, CS learnings, founder thinking, sales call recordings against your current pipeline gaps. We then show you exactly where that knowledge should be showing up in your GTM content but isn't.

You walk away with a revenue content blueprint: a prioritised list of assets to build, which ICP segments each targets, which deal stage each supports, and what pipeline outcome each is designed to move. Most clients find two or three immediate wins they can action before they even sign a retainer. The audit is $2,500 and the fee is credited toward your first month if you continue.

Fill the form and we'll respond within one business day. If there's a fit, we'll schedule a 30-minute scoping call. We ask you about your current GTM motion, where deals are stalling, and what you've already tried. From there we either propose a K2R Audit or recommend a retainer tier directly.

If we don't think we're the right fit for where you are, we'll tell you that too. We only take on clients where we're confident we can move pipeline because a retainer that doesn't deliver isn't worth your budget or our reputation.
